Administration and Management: 
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures

Customer Service: 
  • Manage customer queries and complaints.
  • Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

Finance:
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and processing invoices
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions and preparing balance sheets

Flight Attendant:
  • Oversee the safety and comfort of passengers aboard our flights
  • Show safety and emergency measures such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and exit doors
  • Respond to passengers' questions about flights, travel routes, and arrival times

Human Resources:
  • Answering employee questions and processing incoming mail
  • Creating and distributing documents
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings

​Information Technology:
  • Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, virus protection, and email security
  • Perform data backups to ensure all company-owned work is saved
  • Install and update network system improvements and configure wireless networking equipment

Maintenance:
  • Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.
  • Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed
  • Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues

Sales:
  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
  • Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers​
